Azizi Mina in Palm Jumeirah

Azizi Mina, a luxurious residential complex developed by Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, is situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf. Nestled on the eastern crescent of the island, Azizi Mina comprises 178 residences.

In a unique tribute, Azizi Developments has adorned the Mina project with a mural of Mina Azizi, the seven-year-old daughter of the developer’s CEO, Farhad Azizi, encapsulating the essence of the building's name, which also means "port" in Arabic. This 21-meter artwork, showcasing young Mina admiring pearls, graces the lobby, with shades of blue that echo the turquoise waters of the Arabian Sea encircling the property.

Adding to the complex’s allure, Preciosa’s designer Anežka Závadová has designed a Pearl Jewel installation, inspired by the building’s surroundings, the rhythmic flow of the sea, and the esteemed tradition of pearl diving in the Arabian Gulf.

This striking 65-meter-long Pearl Drop, which celebrates the region's cultural heritage, features 433 hand-blown triplex opal spheres in opal and Adriatic colors, and is suspended in the atrium. Installed at heights ranging from 4 meters to 12 meters above the ground, this piece seamlessly merges the interior space with the external environment, inviting the essence of the sea indoors.
